We are currently seeking a Director of Admissions to join our team at our Carson campus.
The Director of Admissions will be responsible for staffing, training and managing the campus admissions team by facilitating the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants for enrollment while also writing business as a director.
Essential day-to-day job responsibilities include:
Responsible for keeping updated on and complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to student enrollment; Recruiting, training, developing and consistently monitoring highly talented admissions professionals; Ensuring 95%
prospective student satisfaction rates.
Developing referrals and personal leads; Assisting in management of lead distribution to Admissions Team; Effectively monitoring leads to ensure they are worked properly and compliantly Monitoring the daily/weekly activities of the Admissions Teams to ensure admissions objectives are met.
Ensuring successful orientations Conducting second interview of prospective student enrollments; Motivating the Admissions Team to meet its admissions objectives while adhering to the highest ethical standards and compliance requirements; Helping manage compliance with student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews; Meeting or exceeding enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Operations.
Qualifications At least 5 years of demonstrated successful sales and/or customer service experience.
Minimum 3-years prior post-secondary education director of admissions experience required.
Thorough understanding of the education admissions process.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution Ability to coach and manage a team We offer an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
