Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Career Analyst Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have an Associate's degree (preferred) OR a high school diploma (or equivalent).
The CES requires ACRE certification with an emphasis on CE or CESP credentials.
(This can be a virtual position; the schedule is flexible.
) Duties:
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify individual needs and goals - Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual requirements - Collaborate with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism to promote skill development - Implement workforce development strategies to enhance employment prospects - Assist in recruiting efforts to match individuals with suitable job opportunities Requirements:
