Dutieso Serves as the Director, Labor and Employee Relations Division (DCMA- HCL), Total Force Directorate (Human Resources), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
o Plan and direct the Agency labor relations program, employee relations, two distinct performance management systems and analyze program effectiveness.
o Manage programs covering labor relations, employee relations, employee benefits, performance management, worker's compensation, Drug Free Work Place, Employee Assistance Program, Work Life, incentive awards and associated programs.
o Provide guidance and support on contract negotiation and administration, union and management rights, unfair labor practice charges and complaints, arbitration of grievances, and resolution of negotiability issues.
o Develop and implement short/long range planning objectives to set the strategic direction and framework for agency implementation of AcqDemoRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a U.

Experience:
