30 am Schedule:
Monday-Friday, some weekends
Responsibilities:
Assures that sanitation activities are completed on time and accordingly with Master Sanitation Schedule.
Coordinates assignment of duties with the team members and trains team members on the proper use of personal protective equipment, SDS information, and the appropriate cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
Enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures with all team members and is the best example of safe work practices and behavior Enforces safety within the department through constant observation and coaching of team members.
Interacts with production supervisors of the previous and next shifts to ensure a smooth continuity transition of tasks/responsibilities.
Responsible for an area on the production floor Reviews daily sanitation reports and assures that corrective and preventive actions are taken in a timely manner to address any poor sanitation practices.
Supports the onboarding and orientation of employees providing continual coaching.
Trains and educates sanitation personnel in safety practices, GMPs, test methods, and procedures related to sanitation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Bilingual- English and Spanish - Three years Sanitation experience in Food Manufacturing - Two years of leadership experience - Preferred one-year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
