In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing retail accounts and promptly collecting outstanding balances.

By joining our client's small team of AR Coordinators, you will have the chance to expand your knowledge and advance your accounting career! Day-to-Day as an Accounts Receivable Speciliast Apply all cash receipts to accounts receivable, including ACH, wires, checks, and credit card payments.
Reconcile and monitor customer accounts, follow up on past due invoices, and post remittance advice.
Relentlessly investigate and dispute chargebacks and accurately apply reason codes for the chargebacks and penalties.
Create and apply chargebacks, credit notes, and invoice non-EDI orders.
Review and release on-hold orders for customers who have exceeded their credit limit.
Update and maintain aging reports following credit and collections processes and KPIs.
What You Bring as an Accounts Receivable Speciliast 2 years of accounting experience in receivables.
2 years of experience with credit chargebacks and collections.
Experience working with retail accounts and web portals; big-box retail is preferred.
Exposure to EDI systems - TrueCommerce is a plus.
ERP experience - NetSuite is preferred MS Office Suite and the ability to do PIVOT Tables and VLOOKUPS within Excel.
